    Is it an online one? If you have access to this you could save them as html pages, remove the text off the offending item in notepad or something and then save them as html's again and print them off.

    I think you should just leave things be. what ever charade you're trying to pull will come apart at the seams eventually so why keep it up any longer?

    You won't be able to alter the bill. Even if you could somehow get ahold of it, scan it in, alter the line you want in photoshop or something and re-print it without the bill holder noticing, how would you explain the difference between your altered bill and the actual amount they need to pay?

    Plus if your bill-payer has access to online as well as printed statements, you'd have to change two places, and changing it online at the source would be impossible.

    Suck it up and come clean.

    erm, actually, only I asked why

    yeah its your business, and you dont have to tell

    you cant change it, but people have told you that

    and even if you deleted the numbers, the final total wouldnt add up

    if you're the bill payer and no one else can access the bill, i honestly cant see why you need to do it

    My guess is to hide it from a partner that you have been calling certain people :p if thats the case you should have called in the first place.
