Not quite three years cause he died on my 21st birthday.

He's a legend though, and I'm not a fan of obsecure music. Shits all over Zane Lowe and Colin Murray

    3 years? Time goes fast.

I remember I was sat in a carpark eating a sausage roll when I heard the news on Radio One.

    John peel isn't enough.
In the early 90's pete tong played hardcore
when it was the right speed.
    Seb plays house,
    Loti plays house,
    Judge plays housey-trance.
Fergie wont even venture past one hundred and forty-five bpm
so who will support hard dance?
Surprisingly, the most adventurous is drive time dave pearce
playing old skool and hard trance on a sunday night,
and beyond adventurous is john peel
the only hope of a kick drum lead track above one hundred and fifty bpm.
    John peel is not enough.

It's weird isn't it- how you remember exactly where you were when you heard that Diana died, or when you heard about 9/11... John Peels death seems to have the same affect on people. His work did a lot for modern music. Top bloke.
