Ok I dont drink alcahol touch pills or any other type of drugs.
But i love to smoke weed/ My personal thoughts our we should all be like rastas. Wots the point with fucking around with dirty chemical drugs made by man . When we can smoke gods special hurbs. I belive the rastas our totaly right. its against their religion to smoke tobaco. and to drink alcahol . Any other drugs as well. Weed is kick ass because u dont get a hangover and u cant overdoes. My suggestion would be . that we should unite and only smoke the herb. Why the hell not. Rastas kick ass.

Alcohol is natural - yeast fermenting sugar...can't get much more natural than that.
BTW, I hate all this "its natural so it must be good" bollocks. Belladonna is natural as well, but its poisonous, as are a lot of mushrooms. What does 'natural' mean anyway? Aren't we part of nature? Its a bit of a social construct, the binary opposition between 'man' and 'nature'.

Legalize marijuana, right here in the USA and world wide. Marijuana, it can help with so many illnesses. People with cancer, with suppressed appetites, can smoke a spliff, and it will give them the cravings to eat someting like fruit and breads, help them put on much needed weight, and ease their suffering. People suffering from aids, made to take pills that are almost as bad as the virus itself, could smoke a spliff, and their pain would be drastically eased. People with migraines smoke it, and it takes away the pain. It's good for asthma, acts like a natural cough drop, unlike tobacco, which constricts the airways to your lungs. And its the only cure for glaucoma. Plus, not only is herb good for medicinal purposes, but it can be made into over 25,000 environmentally safe products, ranging from paper and clothes, to paint and gas. It takes so many acres of trees to make paper, plus the use of poisoness chemicals to manufacture paper. But less marijuana, with less chemicals, with higher quality paper too. Plus, herb is ready for cultivation in less than 6 months, trees take years. Look up the facts. Why don't you thiunk the government wants this mystical plant legal? Don't you think alcohol companies have a fix with the politicians, or the logging industries. Hemp is SO beneficial to mankind, so valuable, yet we let it waste. And, instead of the government spending billions of dollars to try and catch and lock up innocent people, who simply smoke or grow the herb, turning them into criminals. They could spend that money on much needed education, health, and retirement homes, the poor!¡?!
With the prohibition, the government is creating an underworld for marijuana, gangs and druglords are making billions, this system is a flunk, and violence and murders run rampent from competition from the dealers to sell the herb, when the government could do what Holland is doing. Taxing it and selling it over the counter, making a profit. It could build up a failing economy, illiminate a huge part of the black market. There will be no more illegal humiliation, and no more police interrogation. Look at what prohibition of alcohol did to America in the 1920's, with al capone and his infamous speakeasy's and gangland warfair! It's worse now. Marijuana laws are based on rascist theologies that only the {undesirable{ (and I say that not from a personal feeling-One Love to all mankind) which were the blacks, the hispanics and immigrants. Herb was made illegal in 1937 from rascist, stupid brainwashing propaganda. Look it up-you'll see.
I am a Rastafarian, I smoke herb, but I don't use alcohol, tobacco, or any other drugs, nor do I have any desire to. I am a student, studying Spanish in Ecuador. I have goals, I want to help people, want to give Love, help people. Spread the teachings of Jesus Christ and His Imperial Majesty. And maybe Herb is not legal in this government, but in Christs Government, yeah. So Legalize marijuana!!!!! There is so much more to say, this law is bogus and will never work. Herb is Jah creation, and even though Government makes it illegal, God still lets it grow.

Cannabis is carcinogenic and will kill you through lung cancer through time, like it or not.
Eating the herb will not illiminate any risk of cancer that is a very stupid point, weed doesn't cure anything, it just blocks the pain.
Cigarettes are like little a-bombs, but then unfiltered joints aren't any better.
On the AIDS, take away those pills and give them loads of weed and there dead alot quicker.
Weed laws developed by the americans were initially instigated because of the mexicans smoking it after they'd immigrated, when the yanks liked it, the west indians imported it and thats when it all flared up big time.
This god lets it grow arguments is bollocks, god (if he exsists) put everything on this earth, from plants to animals, from minerals to chemicals. The fact alcohol needs human intervention to be made, is no different to human intervention been neccessary to light a joint or make the papers to roll it in !

First of all, I do not agree with anyone that says that marijuana gives cancer. I have never found anyone that smokes only herb to die from cancer, only those from cigarretes. And when eaten, herb WILL not give cancer. Why would you say it would? It's is a plant, from the earth, and it's not something new, people have been using it for thousands of years. Queen Victoria smoked it, and George Washington said to plant it. That would make our founding father a criminal in the eyes of the government.
But whether people/government like to admit it or not, there is nothing they can say that can change my mind, but they are doing a good job at keeping people ignorant. Even on this website, they try to explain the downsides to marijuana. I see absolutely none, none on what they try so hard to post. Especially about the ones-herb can alter one's ability to drive. That's true in a sense-lol-that's why, when I light up a spliff, i like to be somewhere quiet, with good music, a few peices of fruit-(mangoes especially) and skank it slow. That is why when I smoke, I try to make sure I am not going to be driving anywhere. And about it being addictive? I know for a fact that there is no physical addiction, you don't go through withdrawal if you don't smoke marijuana for a few weeks. I am a Rasta, and I know someone said on this board that my previous message was a result of smoking too much. lol. Some smoke it everyday, like the Hon. Robert Nesta Marley or Peter Tosh- but me personally, I smoke every other week. It's a choice thing, stop making up the lies. Like tonight, I haven't smoked since November, yeah, tonight with my brethrens, I will bring out the chalice and good tunes, sit out in the yard and burn, and burn and burn.
Look, what ever you people care to 'believe', go ahead, just don't disrupt the peaceful people. The law is evil and wrong, millions of hard working, loving people are suffering from this law, and crime is flourishing. Government can't even keep drugs like heroin and cocaine out of its prisons, how do they expect to rid the streets. They can't, but legalize it, and the problem, I assure you, will decrease, use Herb to the fullest, and so much benefit for mankind will result.
And a thing about you my friend, who commented on my previous post, about why the government made it illegal. Your answer to it was wrong, nothing was becoming out of control with marijuana, marijuana was a perfectly legal thing until 1937, and less people in those days smoked it in comparison to today. Only until a certain politician, can't recall his name, made a statement to congress that marijuana makes black people violent and lust white women, mexicans use it which is why they are criminals, and it is making our younger generation listen to Satanic music, like 'Jazz' There is more too, have the story hasn't been told. So look it up, educate yourself man.
And one more thing, there is no 'IF' when you want to say God exists. That is reality too, and I am not trying to make you join any religion, just realize that there is a Father, our creator. Just have faith-and Time Will Tell-because I see many things on this earth that shows me God exists. LIFE, LOVE, all things provided to us on this earth-food, water, animals, plants. Look around you, try and see people in a different perspective-life is a great gift seen, and it doesn't come from nothing. To believe in the big bang, like life was some accident....nah man. But time will tell now, right? Love Jah-Love your brother. Smoke the herb-all those drugs gonna make you so slow.

But don't give me any shit about it being good 'cos its "natural". As someone else pointed out, tobacco is natural - that's bad for you.
And it does have its downsides - it gives me anxiety, paranoia, apathy and depression. I know plenty of people who are psychologically addicted to weed to the extent that it ruins their ability to socialise with people.
Don't get me wrong - I used to enjoy, but the effect it had on me changed. I also think that its one of the less harmful drugs...but its not without its downside.
As for God - if God exists what makes you think its male? (or indeed any sex at all?)
And the MEXICANS did NOT import marijuana into the United States around the 1930's, that is false. Like I said, since colonial times, people have been growing marijuana, using the hemp, AND smoking it far before the law was ever established. There is alot more to it than what you think, but I can assure you, the law was not made for the good of the people, just for the opression of the majority, like the mexicans, blacks and immigrants-because alot of people do not like them, and unfortunatly, it's those same people that are in charge of decisions that affect us all.
OK, how to define this natural thing you people are getting upset about. Obviously, poisen oak, poison ivy, mushrooms, tobacco and many other of those types of plants are natural, right. Yeah, of course. Put smoke, eat or in some cases, touch them, then you can suffer alot. But they are poisoness, and there is one thing that seperates them from the 'HERB' They are not HERBS! Herbs are good for everything. You eat tobacco, and you will die. You eat herb, you feel nice, makes you think, gives you time for yourself so you can live. Can't do that with those other plants, they were never meant for that, but Herb can be used for everything.
And I still cannot see any downsides. Herb makes you anxious, paranoid and depressed-I think, my friend, that maybe you are like that without the herb. People constantly say that the herb changes people into becoming depressed, unsociable, uncaring people. What about before they smoked, maybe they see life as you see it, a dream, with no beginning, and an end in the cemetary. Well, you better wake up and live, it's important. This is people's problem, no faith in anything. And it's a shame. What happened to you to make you lose faith? What makes you think in this way as to deny the existense of God? I feel sorry for you, and only hope that maybe you think about it a little more, try and seek the truth instead of leaning on your own misunderstanding. If not, your reward will be the cemtary. One Love friend-Time Will Tell for all of us, won't it?
And about love only being chemicals in your brain...well...I think more people need more of them chemicals...because there is too much hate in this world already, and it is those chemicals that people have suffered to help others, have given so much to those who need it, who help each other without entertaining the thought of wanting to receive anything in return. What I object to is being patronised by someone that thinks their own path is the path that everyone should take. And that just 'cos they enjoy smoking weed, then everyone should.
Why don't you actually read what people say, and take it on board?
I'm happy for you that you enjoy weed and have found a spiritual path that works for you, but its not for everyone. You're as bad as a born again Christian, shoving their world view down everyone's throat.
