    I was worried about that, they're "chat service" seems busy and they're emails seem to... disapear and never reach them.

    This is the worst seller I have ever bought from in terms of customer services

    Last couple of days, problem

    My Netgear Rangemax Wireless Router DG834PN and USB Adapter is dropping/losing connection constantly, when connected via wire/ethernet and wirelessly.

    USB adapter getting exstremely hot,

    Not happy with product as it is working in a faulty way, I purchased the product 16days ago (received it 10days ago) so there fore I am entitled to my money back,

    Dabs.com seem unable to address this situation

    i tried a return online, they wanted to give me £70.70 instead of the price i paid £80.79 which I find totally unacceptable, also, they have made no provisions to collect the item,

    As far as I know from the sale of goods act, a consumer should NOT be out of pocket when a product is returned faulty and a refund is given.

    So if they want me to post and return the product, they can pay for it aswell as refunding me the TOTAL cost of the product inc VAT and shipping.

    Oh and yes, you're right, you're not legally obliged to return faulty goods to the seller at your own expense.

    when I asked for one he said it was a E-commerce buissiness and does not allow customers to phone in

    Still trying to find a number,

    Got it from their Whois info. I would use the phone number first, that guy is the person who registered the domain.

    Well tried a couple of numbers on there and it seems I only get through to a voicemail,

    Mr owner of dabs.com doesn't seem to be the social kind of people.
