...of saying that i'm going to lose weight and not do it. I've had slimfast in the house for weeks now but not done it. We got some new scales today (left the others at my other house) and was..well.. quite frankly, I was horrified!! I have put on soo much weight and although my BMI is ok, my body fat is what's high. I know that for myself, right now, I am overweigh (AAAAAGH!!!!)
Anyway yeah. Off to purchase a bike this afternoon and I'm going to make damn sure I cycle all over the place! Also, going to go swimming during next week and join a gym after exams (which i've enquired about before but never done).
Just thought I'd share. I'm so pissed off with how I look at the moment that I have to do something!!

PS: Geri halliwell has lost too much too quickly which is why it's causing such a stir. I think she looks fit though.
Have you ever confused a dream with life?

but that topic title IS a bit scary, but nothing u can do now.
Look into these tired eyes. See something you might recognise.
I hate living on a hill. It's just so exhausting before I have even gone anywhere!!!

So with one hand on the wheel
The other out the window
With a smile on my face
My middle finger up...
lol. I know what you mean. I lived on top of this hill and everytime I cycled somewhere I ended up needing to cycle up again.. Exhausting to say the least ;¬)
Now I just practise Tae Kwon Do <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/biggrin.gif"> And ride horses... hasn't done any good for my body weight though, but one can dream... or can't they? ;¬)
Being overweight is scary though.. especiall if your dad keeps going out of the rock and brings a whole bunch of chocolate with him back :¬( oh well... :P The TKD will save me... now that is exhausting.
Good luck! <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/biggrin.gif">

You live in a rock?
Well... not really. But it's something many ppl call my country, me included. A stupid island in the middle of nowhere.. no trees, only lava filled. Reminds me of a rock.
Sorry... although I'd like to try live in a hill or a rock or something one day.. Maybe a cave
i just so lazy its unbelievable.
if i had sum1 else 2 do stuff with me then may b i wud, but thats just another bloody good excuse, innit!
I either cycle or walk most places (especially now the weather's nicer, I hate cycling to school in the winter - 2.4 miles up a hill - but it often has to be done because I'm too lazy to get up and catch the bus!) but I'm still a fat bitch.
*sighs*
