    Don't make losing weight such a priority though, as you should be doing resistance using weights as well as cardio, otherwise it's pretty pointless, and since muscle weighs more than fat, you're weight won't really change that much, in fact, you might gain weight. Use a tape measure and see how your clothes fit instead to monitor your progress.

    If you have more fat in the pectoral area a la man boobs, then there's nothing you can do to spot reduce the fat, all you can do is cardio and resistance to build muscle and burn fat, and eventually, they will go.

    I find high intensity interval training the best for cardio, I do about 20 minutes of that 3 times a week then do weights on alternate days.
