I think I have my first date on Friday!

OK, this is partly an excuse to go all gooey and smug so I apologise - but I don't do it often!

I met a girl at the beginning of the year whom I really fancied and everyone said she was into me but she was in Cinderella (my show) and I didn't want to do anything to screw that up so I didn't act on it.

So, on Friday after the first show, I got v. drunk and lots of stuff happened (I'm not proud of the fact I was drunk but I'm glad it gave me the courage to do something) and we saw each other on Sat for the show / aftershow party and again on Sunday - she keeps holding my hand and we kissed once but nothing major.

Soooo, we're seeing each other again on Friday for a non-alcoholic drink in the evening, and going ice skating on Monday. I'm all excited and nervous... Any pointers appreciated!

    Aww that's great Piccolo, I've got my first proper date with a gorgeous girl on Friday too. :hyper: Basically just what mystifymysoul said; relax, have fun, try not to be too nervous. She's probably just as nervous as you are though by the sounds of it neither of you should be! Have a great time! :thumb:

    Just to update those who wished me well; Friday went very well, she came along to church with me tonight and we're going ice skating tomorrow. This is a bad idea, 'cos she's been skating since she could walk and I'm.... well.... someone at my church once eumphemisically said I'm "wired strangely", so let's leave it at that! Oh well, might have to get her to hold my hand on the rink. Shame, that.
