Why is this film spelt with a 'y', when it should be spelt 'happiness'?

At first I thought it was our local shabby cinema just making a mistake, but it's actually the correct title of the film. Is it a American thing or something?

    It was the name of a hostel that the guy stayed in in real life.

    I don't think it was - unless it was changed for the film? Wasn't it graffitied on the wall outside his son's nursery/day care and everytime he would pick his son up he would tell him the it was spelt wrong? Amazing story by the way, I'd wholeheartedly recommend it.

    just come back from seeing the film, and now i see why :thumb:

    yea, like Helen said it's graffitted outside his kid's daycare place. Good film though, i shed a tear or two at the end :(

    still to see it but I love movies like that with a good story so must see soon
