Does this mean I am unable to use eBay any more? this was due to an unpaid listing fees which were paid in the end.

    I'd pretty much say you're finished with that account yeah. Contact them if you think it's a misunderstanding.

    I got suspended years ago from Ebay. Unless theyve changed their policy, its not permnament. You have to prove your identification by re entering your bank details i think and explain what you did. All feedback was lost on my account if i remember rightly.

    I tried to sell a chipped xbox but all I got was my listing revoked...

    I know someone who was selling 20 'photoshop' cds a week. At £15 a pop. After a while, he got a warning. He carried on, then his account got deleted.

    He still made I think close to £2k in all

    I listed something on there and more or less forgot about it after it wasn't sold then I saw loads of emails asking for payment which I neglected and then got a letter from the debt collectors which I paid right away.

    I had the exact same thing a few years ago, I owed something like £3.40 in fees and I'd forgotten all about it. I paid it and the account was reinstated.
