Right a few months Back I made a post on here about periods via the name of Lexi.
Well after everyone said for me to take a test I still haven't. Heres the story.

I haven't had a period since september, i've never been regular, but not this unregular. I slept with my ex just after but we used protection but he said it didn't leak or anything, which leads to my uncertainty.

I have so far just blamed it all on the fact I was Bulimic and that my body got messed up but I keep wondering what if i am pregnant, if I am, I'd be 7 months.

I don't know what to do, is there any way I can avoid all this? I know your going to say have a test, but i've got no money to buy one- and the boy says he was a hundred % sure it didnt split.

I did have sexual encounters about a month before hand.

Oh well
any help would be appreciated.
Love
Lex

Yup you're right. Take a test. If you can't afford one then go along to your local family planning clinic or doctors where they'll do the test for free and it's confidential. I know that it's a bit of a nightmare but trust me I've been there and either way at least you'll know. If you're pregnant then there'll be someone there that you can talk to. If you're not pregnant and it turns out to be something else then they'll give you the medical help required.

Hope things work out for you!!

Well, you can't do anything unless you find out for sure.
You could stick your head into the sand and hope it's going to go away, but it's not.

You can get a preganancy test done at your GP's (confidential) or you can go to a family planning clinic.
You really don't have any excuse in that regard.
We're gonna shout at you? It doesn't affect us in the slightest - it's happening to YOU.
People want to help but can't if you won't help yourself. Quit the self-defeating attitude and get yourself tested.
Then you can make informed decisions.

I really hope it works out for you, but do yourself a favour and get it sorted.

People here are willing to listen but in some regards we may as well be talking to a brick wall if you won't do anything.

Selected pharmacies in the UK sell pregnancy tests for £2.99. I'm sure you would spend that on a magazine. Get yourself one quick smart, 'cos if you are, you don't have time to fool around or chicken out.

Go to your doctor who will give you a free pregnancy test. It's not a big deal and you'll be glad you went. Go!

Indeedy. I agree with the majority of people on here. Go to your GP and s/he (you can request a female) will do a test for free. It could be a side effect of the bulimia, as you say. But if you're 7 months along, wouldn't you kinda notice?

    Strike that last comment.

And why on earth would we shout at you!? <IMG SRC="rolleyes.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">

Go asap, you'll regret it otherwise. I said go. I said go! And good luck dear.

If you're not too keen on going to your gp, why not try a local clinic? They tend to be much much nicer, cos they deal with younger people, don't judge you, and can give u the help/support u need. If you go to ruthinking.com you can find a local clinic.

When I was about 16, the last thing I wanted to do was talk to my gp about sex, so I always used the clinics - but please don't leave it any longer!!

    Good luck x
