How long should it take via a computer? How can I tell when it's done?

Okay, I've just "guessed" and it said do not disconnect but I disconnected it anyway and it seems to be charged. Surely there should be some "charge complete" indication though like on a phone?

1.5 hours for 80% full, 3 hours for full charge.

Can tell when it's done by the big battery sign which stays full rather than charging up :P

I charge my i-pod on a computer that doesn't have i-tunes on it as it is not my computer so maybe that is the problem.

    Thanks guys.
