Strange 'bobbles' on forhead

I have just noticed some strange 'bobbles' on my forehead. They are small like blackheads and cover the entire of my forehead and go down to my lobes.

They are not secreting any puss and are not pit marks (not big enough really). They have a sugary texture and are not painful to touch.

Can anyone tell me what the heck they are?

    are they like small lumps but with black dots on the end?
    My mate gets them, but quite badly, if they bother you, you'll need to see a doctor as normal stuff won't get rid of em

    No dots, almost like pit marks, but in reverse, so they go outwards <IMG SRC="confused.gif" border="0" ALT="icon">
