this is probably a really dumb question so i apologise in advance, but can you still have periods when you become infertile?

    It depends on why you have become infertile.
    So yes, it is possible to have periods, but not be able to get pregnant, in some cases at least.

    i just worry that i may be infertile due to an sti i think i had that i never got checked out. i'd had it for a few months but it got really bad around christmas time- really itchy and sore. it went away after a while but i still worry about it, do you think i should still go to the doctors about it even though the symptoms have gone?

    there may be something they can do...
