dont worry my bf used to get panic attacks if the slightest thing went wrong health wise. it might be worth your while if you talk to a professional

thanks. i'd read them before but i never really paid that much attention. when you pointed them out i looked over them again and i found myself identifying with them, muchly.

anyways, i've had a big chat with my parents and I aim to be getting (more) professional help soon. I'm glad I know it's not going to kill me anytime soon though.
