I've never really read the instructions on tampons til just now (well in detail), and I noticed it saying if you can still see white fibre after it's been removed then you need to change to a lower absorpency tampon. Problem is i'm already at it!! I leave my tampons in for long enough and i can always, ALWAYS see white fibre at like, the end of the string.
Is something wrong with that?! I've never had really heavy periods and i'm not complaining but it just seems odd to me now that they must be a little abnormal or something. AGhhhh!

You should always use the lowest absorbancy you can, so if there is still white fibre visible they usually advise you switch to a lower one.
As you already are on the lowest, that's not a problem. It can also sometimes be more difficult to remove a tampon if there is still white stuff visible, but as you have light periods ( <IMG alt="image" alt="image" SRC="mad.gif" border="0"> !) there isn't much you can do about that.
You should NEVER leave a tampon in too long though, due to all the related risks to toxic shock syndrome.
