Weird breathing thing.

During the winter months, I suffer from this annoying breathing problem. It's most troublesome when I wake up, or coming indoors from being outside.

Basically, whenever I breathe in, I have to swallow straight away. If I don't, I can't exhale or inhale anymore and just stop breathing. I don't have a clue what sets it off, or why it happens, but it is realy annoying and kinda worries me sometimes, but I don't realy conisder it a serious threat or anything so I havnt bothered seeing a doctor. I've searched around the net but can't realy find anything about it.

Is this common, and does anyone know what actualy causes it?

Sometimes. There's almost a delayed reaction between me wanting to swallow, and it actualy happening.

May even be a slight case of anxiety.
