  You have to have no fat on your stomach or else the six pack will be hidden.
  
  I know to do the lower part of your stomach it involves legs, leg raises are the best way or revese crunches.

  What alot of people dont realize is that for a muscle to be clearly visible you cant have any body fat on it. So diet on a low calorie diet.
  
  I dont train my abs because other exercises do it for me but good ab exercises are crunches.

  Lots of crunches + drink lots of water.
  I would strongly reccomend you excersise the rest of your body as well. Not only will it enhance your physical looks it will enhance your overall health.
