Rocesea

Hi, i recently won my 3 year battle with acne!:p . But i'v been left with a moderate case of rocesea, which is constant reddening of the skin. I always look hot and flushed and its lowering my self-esteem.

Does anyone have any pointers on how to get rid of it?
