Best advice I can give? Don't take it too seriously. Don't think about where your hands are going next, just let them wander wherever they want. The best make-out sessions (God I hate that phrase) I've had are ones that have just happened, usually during watching a DVD or something, and something funny happens in the film and you both start laughing.
