Does anyone use one like the Brita, Kenwood or Asda ones?
I'd like to be able to drink more tap water but in our area it don't taste very appealing, was wondering if filtering the water would help in the taste dept.
Also noticed there are some kettles out there with a built in filter, wondering if this might be a good 2 in 1 solution.
I can drink water with food, but on it's own it's not so great. And I want to avoid things like adding cordials, or too much tea, etc, just plain water... and don't want to go buy bottled water either just make tap water taste better.

I know they say chlorine affects the taste of water, I know our area has a lot of limescale in the water, you can see it build up on the kettle and taps.
My Mums water is nice to start with then she does all the filter blah de blah, takes ages to get a cuppa
You mean improves the taste?
How often do you need to change the cartridge?
So you're saying it improved the taste?
I always mix water with cordial anyway. Plain water.. :yuck:
My one wasnt a fancy brita, it was just a normal one from asda, which is as good as a brita. It suposidaly helps with the taste and cleans the water.
