What Kind of SPAM is this?

I get emails similar to this all the time lately, I don't understand where they're coming from cos they don't have any external links or even look like they have something to sell,

Anyone else get this?

    It's to do with getting people to buy shares.

    Plus they put it all into a gif so that text-checking spam removers let the email through.

    Ah, the old stocks n shares spam.

    Basically I guess companies get people to do it so thier stock gets bought?

    Have my email address - I get loads of the crap. Why on earth would I want a penis extension? Surely I'd need a penis first.
