2 young people bring a rapist to justice

I would like to commend two 16 years who responded to a womens cries who had just been raped, in the north east, and they then asked for a description of the attacker and followed a man for over a mile and then cornered and citizen arrested the attacker. They went out of the way to bring about justice, which may not have happened in the normal channels.

This just shows the positive things young people do, although this is an extreme case (this is why it was on the news and many stories don 't make the news, when young people do good)
