Does anyone know any good programs for Editing videos?

Reason is im taking lots of videos at the moment and many of them have swearing in and what i want to do is just simpley put a BEEP infront of there swearing, and also some little pictures to block out rude things:naughty:

    Avid Free DV is excellent. isn't compatible with RealTek audio cards tho.

    I know this thread is old-ish But i havent had time to download any of them and had a search on some warez site's and i cant find them!

    EDIT: Spoke too soon. I'm thinking about giving up, but i know that my form tutor does not like swearing so i've got to give it one last try.

    Cant use that Avid thing dont want to work with me for some reason
