If a person were to say, stop eating tomorrow, on average, how long would it be before their body started losing weight and so forth. :)

You may lose weight rapidly over the space of a week or more but that would soon slow as the body recognises no food intake, conserves energy and changes the way the body uses it's energy sources.

It would also depend on your body type and metabolic rate, and no doubt some other factors.

Your body will lose more weight by eating food than starving yourself.

And bear in mind that when you do start eating again, the body will take measures to protect itself in case you decide to starve again: by storing food as fat.

not eating will make you weak, headachey and moody. if you want to lose weight you should substitute what you are eating now for healthier versions and drink lots of water. dieting doesn't mean starving yourself. try walking places/do more exercise.
