    no, its a thing that you use to tone the muscles that you use when you stop yourself peeing. its meant to make you tighter 'down below'

    The kegal master? I think you can buy them online, I've heard they don't come cheap though. I tend to do my exercises when I'm peeing, it's the easiest way to find the muscles to work.
