Should Ask Him Out?

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I met this guy 2 days ago.I recognised him and realised that I had met him at my mates party a little while ago and had thought he was really fit.But I never really got a chance to speak to him.He was really friendly towards me the other day and asked for my number, gave me his.Kept saying I should go round his house some time.I met up with him again kinda by chance the next evening and again we seemed to get on really well.At the end of the evening he asked if I would walk him to the station, so I did.The whole way there we held hands.I said bye and then he said he wanted to hug me.I really fancy him and am hoping to out with him soon. The thing is I'm not sure if I should make the move and ask him out.Cos I don't want to make things move too quickly and then ruin it all.And I think he's too shy to ask me out.Ppl what should I do?

Ive never been in the situation or would want to be in a "will you go out with me?" so your best bet is to ring him, be mates but flirt a tad too. Meet him again and hold hands, hug, work it up to a kiss. The kiss again and basically it'll flow from there.
    Good luck!!!

Yeah, rather than do the official 'in writing and signed' way do the smooooooooooth thang. I did that with my last boyf and it was sweet coz he lavished me with attention for a week in the fear that someone else might get there first (so he says!) and then we kissed and someone said 'are you two an item?' and he said 'Are we?' and i said 'yes' and now i'm gonna shut up! Hope it goes well...tel us wontcha???!!!

From a bloke point of view, I'd say that you don't need to ask, because if things were going any better between you, you'd probably be in bed together <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/wink.gif"> It seems that both of you are overdoing a bit on the smooth and aloof approach, but you don't seem to need any advice, because as I've said, things appear to be going great- nice one.
