...is grown just down the road from me in Dorset. I've just ordered myself some.

I often cook with chili's and Scotch Bonnets have to be once of my favourite ingredients, it'll be intresting to see what these are like.

Anybody else like cooking with chilis?

I do but I donn't have it where it burns your mouth and you can't taste the food. I use them so they give a little after taste kick

Me too. I don't understand why people have curries and chillis so hot you can't taste anything ???

    But you can.

It's an aquired taste, and you can easilly build a tolerance which is why you probably find it hard to understand.

But the heat is like a drug, it gets all those natural painkillers flowing, all those endorphins rushing. :yum:

Currys i have on a daily basis as im a typical asian... lol but chillies as an extra with curry for me i dont like them its odd cuz in my family just dont eat a chilli curry u add extra chilli to it. I myself can handle chilli, i dont prefer to have my mouth burning and my eyes watering. when i eat. :crazyeyes
