I'm so totally relieved! I had an appointment with a Rheumatology specialist booked for months. I went today and was diagnosed with Joint Hypermobility Disorder and she even took photos of my ridiculously bendy knees!!

The diagnosis was 15 years late, but even so, I'm so happy to finally have a reason for why I've had so many dislocations, backs spasms and torn ligaments! :hyper: Wooooot.

    There's not a lot they can do really, just advise me on posture, general exercise etc.
    They have however, sent off for some Orthotics for my shoes, because I'm so flat footed - so that will relieve my painful feet for 10 hour days at college. :D

    When you get the exercises, really work on doing them. My best mate has it and they do her so much good. She's got really bad ligament damage to the joint that used to go loads which gives her all sorts of problems now.
