Fading between tracks

Is it possible to have tracks fade between each other at the beginning and end in Windows Media Player or Realplayer? Otherwise, is there anything out there which is pretty much identical to these two, but lets you do this?

    its called crossfading, do a search. doubt WMP is musical enough to know this term of art. winamp does it.

    In WMP click View > Enhancements > Crossfading & Auto volume Limiting. Then just adjust form their :)
