Are flowers from a guy to a girl seen as a come on ??
I bought a bunch for the girls in the halls of residence flat above me, who helped me out the other night after I put my hand through a window whilst drunk as a bat (long story), and I'm shit scared their boyfreinds will be pissed off when I get back, incase they take it the wrong way ??
I'm just tryin to show my appreciation, but will they see it as a come on ??

Erm...possibly, it depends wether it was a big bouquet of red roses, or a small bunch of pansies, different flowers say different things.

Well if someone brought my Lady flowers I would be suspicious, but if there was some sort of reasonable explanation with it I'm sure I'd be placated. The question is; is there a reasonable explanation from the boy/f's POV??

You brought one bunch of flowers for a group of girls. I don't see that as a come on at all.
If you had brought them individual bunches then I could understand how the Boyfriends might get a bit suspicious as it does seem a bit dodgy and I'd ask how you could afford as we so often hear that Students are so skint! But you didnt you brought them a bunch to share.
Anyway I'm sure that if any of the boyfriends ask the girls will explain what happend and they will be cool with it.
The only problem you might have is that the Boyfriends will get grief from the girls because you've brought them flowers and the boyfriends never buy them flowers. (its how we work Im afraid - never grateful!) The blokes wont be happy then. Might be a bit funny with you, but I cant see how they could see it as a come on.
