speeding the healing of cuts

Any idea how to do this? I cut my legs shaving 2 weeks ago and they are still as obvious as they were when I cut them.

    Saliva... I know sound gross, but it does work... and even grosser, but better, dog saliva... Not being funny btw, it does work... dog saliva is an excellent antibacterial...

    Actually salted water is excellent as well... some piercer will recommend that when a piercing is done and well been there, done that, it does the job...

    I think cat saliva is even better, actually.
    About the salt, it does help. But it stings a bit (ok, a lot).

    The cuts aren't open so the salty water isn't really making it sting.

    Cocoa butter is good for scarring.

    Rub it, lots, that'll help stimulate blood flow which is handy for healing.
