What to do with chats?

As most of you will know we're currently running the first live chats. It's always been our plan to include expert or guest chats as well as general waffles but a few people have suggested themeing chats around certain subjects to help get the chins wagging.
So it'd be really, really helpful if you peeps could think about the following -
If we had an expert taking part in an extra chat session; what kind of expert would you want to talk to and what would you ask about?
and
If one of the chat sessions each week was based around a particular theme or topic; what topic would you like to discuss?
Just to say this probably won't take effect till next week - so for now the planned chats will remain general discussions.

I read an article today about the Spanish banning underweight models for a fashion show because they say the models are giving a bad examply with their unhealthy image.
So I wouldn't mind knowing what an expert thinks about that...
