Confused

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I downloaded some music onto a CD yesterday, only half of the songs played in my car, but all of them played in my CD player at home?

Any suggestions why this is?

Thanks.

Some cd players are more sensitive than others.

A weak laser in your car? Try burning a disc at a slower speed - 4x, for example. :)

How do you change the speed of the burn?

When you burn it in the program it should have an option to choose the burn speed... what program did you use to create the CD?

Should be a setting in your program somewhere. Most default to 'max', just have a look around your preferences or burn settings :).
