Frequent Masturbation

Right i'm single at the minute and i have been for about 6 months but despite a couple of brief encounters i still feel the need to masturbate about 3 or 4 times a day .sometimes alot more if im drunk ..etc.. Sometimes i get a bit worried and wonder if i could be getting addicted to porn because just lately it seems alot of my time is consumed by porn and masturbation.I do have a life and have plenty of friends but im not having much look at the moment ..and sometimes i actually feel worn out because of my habit with porn/masturbation..any advice

    Dunno, that aint too much in a day though in my opinion.

    Can't really help with the porn addiction either as I'm the same, especially when I was younger, think you need to make sure it doesn't become an unhealthy addiction though!

    Uhm, kind of pointless advice hey.

    cheers for the reply mate .im just curious you say your the same but then you say make sure it doesnt become an unhealthy addiction though but if someone is addicted to it ,then is that not unhealthy anyway??..

    Don't know to be honest.

    But as a general rule, I would say if you are say not going out with your friends so you can specifically stay in and watch porn instead, that may be a tad problematic.. not that I'm talking from experience or anything ! :yeees:

    no its not like that ,i go clubbin every other week and spend a couple of nights in the pub every week with mates . but its just something that takes up alot of my time when im alone..i suppose its just boredom or something

    At a rate of 3 or 4 times a day, I'd day that's a very real possibility :D

    Matey, just don't forget to use baby oil occasionally - at that rate you really don't want to end up damaging any skin...

    The problem is when you're doing it out of habit, rather than to enjoy yourself.

    My suggestion is stop for a day if possible. Then the next day, rather than looking at porn, just use your imagination and focus on enjoying yourself rather than trying to cum.

    I found when I used to be a bit of a wanker :p (well, I still am, but hey!) that getting into repetitive patterns meant it was actually boring... but I did it anyway, and in a way got me down. Like, is this all there is to life??

    So now I actively pursue other interests :D and masturbation is just one of the very fun pastimes I enjoy to myself (or with company on occasion :p) from time to time.

    Sounds a bit like you are obsessed with porn. Maybe you should lay off it for a while and use your imagination instead.
