Where's a good place to find out where/when a person is going to be doing a performance ? I'm particularly interested in seeing Eddie Izzard and Victoria Wood (as i've heard she's going to be doing a quick tour)

    The back of newspapers & venues where events are held. Try the websites of venues even, this is the place most likely to be updated first with new information as and when its released.

    The best way to get Eddie Izzard tickets is to sign up for his mailing list/fanclub. Then you get first crack at the tickets before they go on general sale.

    I'm sure he said that he won't be doing a proper tour for a few years though.
