  i have a genie simcard, now ofcourse o2 but all the cats call o2 genie.
  i keep ordering new simcards cos i keep loosing phones. but bless o2 they send me another one free with my same number, which can be supplied on request.

  Ring up and say you'd like to go on the tariff.
  
  We had a whole stack of them lying around, but none of them work any more. But ringing up the chappy they just said it can be changed.
