Where is th best place to buy deoerant that isn't anti perspirant? And what brands aren't anti perspirant? Had a look in Boots this morning and their selection was either anti perspirant or mens...

The best antiperspirant I have used is Lynx roll on. It keeps you bone dry all day.

Oh sorry, I though it said "is anti perspirant".

    Why not anyway?

In the last few weeks or so, I've tried 4 different deodorants all of which have been anti perspirant and have all left me with itchy underarms.

Look for ones with moisturizer, like dove, palmolive...

If you have tried them, then give lynx deodorant a go.

I know lush do them although I haven't tried it myself but they are deodrants not anti-perspirants.

    ETA:

Also, bionsen is aluminium free (although it is still a deodrant) so if it's the aluminium that is causing you the problems then it might be worth trying. My mother uses this as there is some research to suggest a link between aluminium in deodrant and breast cancer but it's not really proven yet. You can buy this in larger stores like Boots, Superdrug etc.

I think you can get a deodrant though. The sprays are.

Plus the fact they are scented in man fragrances and you are a girl.

Bear in mind (before you write off all deodrants forever) that once you have an allergic reaction the itching can continue for several weeks after you discontinue using the product which caused it. So it could be that the first one you used caused the allergy and itching and the others were fine for you.

Neither did I until I had a pretty bad allergic reaction to a new shampoo about 5 weeks ago. My scalp has only just stopped itching now but I stopped with that shampoo about 4 weeks ago. I have since used several anti-itching products and also had to take anti-histamine in the end to break the cycle!
