Fat

I've spent a whole lot of today searching the internet, hwoever I suck at. So with no answers I've come here to ask.

I started thinking about it after seeing 26,427 commercials for lipozine and started wondering. I was positive I remember learning that fat does not dissapear. The cells will shrink, but but the fat cells do not actually dissapear from your body. Or was that just a dream. Any help, thanks :)

Well technically fat cells do shrink. If you have extremely low bf as in 5% the fat cells shrink so much that they basically disappear (but the cells are still there). Everyone has fat on them, that's why if you hear someone say "I ain't got any fat" think to your self yes you have otherwise you will be dead.
