I love this very '80s mannequin - hence I used it for the pic at the top of the Travel & Free Time homepage to plug the new Eco-fashion article. There's some info in the feature aimed at raising awareness of sweatshops and environmental damage caused by the global garment industry. There are also some handy links to ethical shopping campaigns, search engines and stores.

I know there's a few eco-trendies already frequenting these boards, but I hope it's of interest to all :)

    Good article. Very political. Lots of points to think about. I don't agree with all of it though.

    unfortunately there's been a growth of eco/ethically-ignorant, money-greedy corporates since then...
