Where can I get a low interest short term £500

Hey, just wondering, insurance renewal and they charge 20% APR or something stupid - for small, short term 'loans' whats the best avenue? I've only got a £100 overdraft and a few hundred in the bank so it wouldn't cover it. Could pay it back as soon as I had my student money through though...

Hmmm, sainsburies do a credit card which is 0% on new purchases for 10 months. But I am loathed to get a credit card... any better options?

as in car insurance? or bike insurance in your case?

I'm sure virgin do interest free insurance when paying it over a year

although I've probably got hold of the wrong end of the stick entirely :D

    bike insurance yea!

well last year I had it through aquote insurance, cant remember my actual insurance provider :p and it was £500 but I paid £600 in total. :(

So this year I'm going to get the best deal and THEN get the best loan.

Virgin do insurance or do you mean they do credit / loans?

agree with GWST 0% credit card. also, you might want to buy your insurance online through a cashback company, if you can find one that cash backs for your insurance company. You can also do the same for applying for a credit card...

I would, the main problem being that if you phone up and negotiate then they often give you a better deal. So will see how it goes anyway. ebikeinsurance is competitive. :)
