quicktime

i seem to be having a problem with quicktime. I've been trying to watch movie trailers from the apple/quicktime website but everytime i try the clip comes up as a broken link.
anyone got any ideas how to solve this?

    I Hope this is a silly question, do you have quicktime installed?

    The trailers I just tried to view all work.

    yeah, its definately installed - i just have problems viewing streaming movies it seems.

    What browser are you using?
    Have you tried to uninstall quicktime, and download a new copy and installed that?
    Tried a reboot?
