    from reading the times earlier, the thing is a judge can stop individual actions to hold up the process as good judges do, and the law society can remove firms from its list if they promote the use of tactics that extend trials to the point of failure

    whatever happened to people being able to pick their own defence

    Actually if you read the article it said six days ago
    The proposals were published quietly by the Department for Constitutional Affairs without any press notice six days ago.

    And this is the public consultation

    It even says so on the front page.

    Now that's not to defend it being published without a press notice, but in one sentence you got two facts wrong

    The department of constitutional affairs seems to be behind all of these attempts to turn Britain in to a dictatorship, I must check who the minister is, they must be scum.........
