Hello people, I am just searching for people around my age (20) to talk to

Hi everyone

I am just searching around for people to talk to my own age, I like people around the ages of 19-25. I guess that age then varies as I get older.

I am mostly interested in how people feel when they are not teenagers anymore, does anyone think this is an :) advantage/:banghead: disadvantage?

definite disadvantage.... but due to some problems i have been unable to develop emotionally into an adult. if you have ambitions, then i imagine its a massive advantage. plus teenage angst will be behind you. you get to leave home which means doing whatever you want (big disadvantage when you get used to that then go home again). most people think this age is the best time of your life.

Some people say that the body changes also, that the body does not go through the extensive hormone changes like it would as a teenager, though I also guess this is different for men and women.

i think you'll find that is different for everyone.
but you're 20, not a teenager anymore, so what do you think about it?

I am still having millions more pimples on my face and loads of grease on my skin, no difference for me really, the only difference is the way I am treated and the fact that people around me treat me like an Adult and not some kid.

Given the topic this probably fits better in a general forum like Anything Goes, rather than in Student so I'll move the thread there.

 surly thats a good thing?!
life gets more complicated as you get older imo. lots more responsbilities. tho' tbh my teenage years were horrible. so its probably not a good comparission for me.

This is like a public conversation, everyone runs off in case it's boring.

I feel the same as I did when I was a teenager, same kicks, ambitions, only more mature and have more responsibility on me. It's freaky at times but you just gotta go along with it.

I love how people (I did it too) get to twenty and are then like OMG I'M OLD! Like the day before when you were 19 you were young and sprightly, and then all of a sudden overnight you've become quite the geriatric.

    If you're under 35, you're young.

Well ain't life perfect  - oh I shall never be old, thank god, I will always be a young 20 year old man with a longterm relationship with the thoughts of women in my mind. I need a girlfriend I reckon. :chin:

Not for my condition. In my personal opinion I'm several years too old, and only getting older.
