Another eBay question!

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
So I've had a few people message me and ask if I have a buy it now price on a couple of items. I dont have the proper "Buy it Now" on my auctions cos you need to be verified with paypal to do that and Im not (long story!).

Anyway, is there anyway I can get around this, for example can I say yeah £30 for buy it now, can the bidder bid £30 and then I end the auction and they can pay me £30? Or something equally simple?

The heat is hurting my head and Im struggling to remember my name today never mind think logically about stuff.

Oh yeah and when are we getting that eBay forum? :p

I'm pretty sure you can't no. perhaps you could lower the amount of days the auction lasts down to one or something? If noone has bid on it that it.

Nah there's been a bid so I cant really change the length.

I had to end an auction for my sister the other day, she'd had a bid on a pair of shoes she was selling but managed to snap the heel on them :/

That's their problem though, not yours.

    Just reap in the profits.

An item is worth whatever people are prepared to pay for it. You put it on eBay, and the winner decides the price. :)

Some people will pay anything as long as they win.

I sold a beta version of .net server ages ago for £60. Microsoft sent it to me for free. Don't worry about it ;).
