    Some do, some don't. Personally I (and my family) don't eat fish because I still think it 'counts' as meat.

    I think it's a bit of a cop-out if you call yourself a vegetarian for moral reasons and then still eat fish. Otherwise I don't see a problem.

    Yeah some veggies eat fish, but I think this is usually people who don't like the taste or texture of meat, and are not veggie for moral reasons.

    Persoanlly I'm veggie and wouldn't eat fish. I can understand slightly from the point of view that fish is not necessarily as 'farmed' as meat, but it still has a face :crying:

    There must be a word for people that are veggies except they eat fish?

    Fish all taste so different so if you did eat fish you'd certainly have a lot of choice to pick from.

    Basically, if you're running a restaurant, fish doesn't count as a vegetarian meal and you can't advertise it as a vegetarian option. So no, if you eat fish, you're not officially a vegetarian.
