wav to mp3?

i've got a wav file that i need to convert to something else so i can use it as a message tone on my phone. anyone help? :flirt:

    Apparantely if you change .wav to .mp3 it changes that way. (I've done something like this before and it worked) I'm talking about the filename thing, btw. Also, you could convert it in Musicmatch.

    Converted and attached. i also included the full version which i already had saved in case you wanted it :)

    all you are doing is changing the file extension, and oviously it might still work because its still an audio file, but woudlnt be a proper mp3 until you actually converted it
