I noticed that I am posting to world wide and not UK only, if I revise add payment & Postage there is no option there to change post location, what do I do!?

Make an addition to your ad saying you will ship to the UK.

I think it's part of your original settings, so if you go into "My Ebay", you'll be bale to change it in there hopefully...
