pill and nails

I've recently switched to a new pill and i'm about 1/2 way through my packet, so i'm at the gruelling settling in stage...tonight i got awful nausea, been getting headaches, sore boobs, greasy hair. But my nails seem to be growing 10 times faster than usual. I only ever needed to cut them one a week if that, now i'm cutting them every 2 days! They're like weeds!
I recently went back to the docs cause i'm not liking this pill at all, but he told me to stay on it cause my blood pressure/eyes and everything are fine :(
Just wondered if anyone else has had weed nails when on the pill?

    are you sure you didn't just need to wash your hair? or had a headache because of something else?

    i meant its getting greasier quicker than usual - well i'm not sure about the headaches, but i'm getting them more or less every day.
