My mate can't wait long enough til her GUM appointment and asked me to buy her an online chlamysia testing kit, theyre like £12 on this website. Has anyone tried them before? Personally I think she'd be best off waiting for her appointment but she's really nervous.

    Im sure I've seen the tests for free in Superdrug. I think it may only be in certain areas though (I was in Cornwall at the time).

    If she's got an appointment anyway, why bother spending £12? Even if she does have it, she won't be able to get treatment until she goes for the appointment...

    She works for a doctors, so she can write out her own prescription. What I really want to know is has anyone used one personally and what they thought of it. Did you only use this test as confirmation or did you go get yourself checked out properly after?
