Always thirsty

Recently, I've been drinking so so much. Like, for example in work, I've been drinking about 2 pints of water every hour.

I've just drank a pint of water and I'm thirsty again.

My mouth just keeps getting so dry.

Is this normal?

Maybe theres too much sodium in your diet at the moment? have you been eating anything out of the ordinary lately?

I gave up crisps ages ago. I only have a bag every one or two days.

Its been warm lately but theres air conditioning in work.

I've changed nothing in my diet. I've been eating less though.

Probably to do with the heat, I've been the same.

I've been worse where there has been air conditioning around. Probably because it dries the air - or some bullshit.

    Possibly ;)

I go through phases where I have a neverending thirst, no matter where I've been, how hot it is or anything like that. Nothing to get especially worried about unless it persists, especially given the weather we're having lately.

Air-conditioning still dries you out though. A/C removes the moisture from the air, so whilst the air you get is nice and cold, you won't be inhaling any water vapour. :)

Just drink lots. It's summer, after all ;).
